A Poem to My Name
From cognac kisses and white smothering waves,
From silk amethyst whispers and wandering gypsy feet
I come
From las aguilas and broken teeth,
From the cry before the war and the warrior's war paint blue
From cracked omens
I come
A White Wave
And a Harvester of Dreams.
